Mood: wiped out

Today was the TKGS Annual Cross Country/Zany Green Parade. At first I wasn't too excited because I was feeling a little bit apprehensive about what we were dressing up as and all. After all, I'm SO NOT a hiphop fan. And 3 km was freaking me out. That's a long way to run! But then we decided to walk the whole way, and be the only class which had all its runners come in last. So it was Claire, Elia, Vera, Aneesa, Brammi, Shalini, Asyikin, Tahirah, Qi and me who ran. Or walked to be precise.
Reporting time:
We couldn't find Elia. And we were already late to report. Every other Sec 4 runners were already reporting. Where was Elia? So Claire and Qi went to look for her while the rest of us went to report. But Claire and Qi both came back without Elia. They were on the verge of cancelling her name off, when she suddenly came running around the corner. Bimbo, Elia. Ok. We were pumped and all set to go. The horn blared. And we're off! Walking that is when everyone else was thundering ahead of us. Sigh... We passed Miss Hamidah and all she could do was smile and shake her head at us. And every checkpoint, we ran towards it, stopped, and did starjumps! Hahaha. And along the way we sang songs like 'Barney' and 'Old McDonald's' and 'Bingo the dog'. We even passed a group of Army people who cheered us on! And get this. Towards the finish line, we rolled as in literally on the ground across the finishing line. But what matters was that we finished the race, even though Elia wanted to just cut through to the other side, and even after "getting lost" through the trees. No we didn't really get ourselves lost. But it was so funny all the same, us shouting out that we couldn't find our way back to the track. Siiiiiiigh it was SO SO SO MUCH FUN!!!!
Unfortunately we didn't win the Zany Parade. Us hiphoppers lost to cucumbers and water droplets! *shrugs* Oh well, the most important thing was that we all had fun and we were united. *sniffsniff* Our last major class event. I'm going to miss all the moronic antics. We're a bunch of retards cool retards. Hugs to all of you. We rocked today. <33333333333333

No no, not forever. Just til prelims are over. Maybe even til O Levels are over. Ok it might just as well be for ever. But I cant do this anymore. I have to break out of this addiction of mine. So.... I'll really miss you guys in HL. But I'll talk to you guys soon. And please, don't leave lostwithouteachother to collect dust. If not, Jane will have to keep vacuuming. *hugs really really tight*
