Mood: Ecstatic! Song stuck in head today: None but at the moment Someone by Hanson AND Emma Daumas
Today was fun. I went out with nurul to watch 'Hide and Seek'. It is one FAB movie. It definitely kept me on the edge of my seat and the climax made me go "WHAT??!!!" lol and most of the time I was shutting my ears (I was right next to the speakers for godsakes!) and going 'Holy shit! Holy shit!'. I'm sure the people around me could clearly hear it. But overall it was definitely a great movie. It's now officially my favourite movie at the moment! *cheers and applause* Lol although I'd probably change it the next time I watch a good movie. I can't help it! I love going to the movies. Movies rock!! Now all I have to do is wait for the HANSON documentary trailer to show in theatres (hopefully it does) and I promise you I will be cheering and applauding for Hanson when I see it in the cinema. *puts up hand in solemn oath*
After that nurul and I bought matching rings with our names engraved on them. We bought one for ayun too since we haven't really gotten anything for her Sweet Sixteen. Now I can't wait for 14/3. I will be going to kuching and hopefully seeing people I haven't seen in ages! And what a day to be starting my vacation. It'll be Taylor's birthday on that day. Wheeeee!
Anyway, called gabz when I got home. We're both going through a pretty tough time. Everything's so messed up like shit right now. We talked about Warren, dancing classes, Abbott's College, JC, UCT.. now I'm actually considering UCT as a university to go to. I mean you don't even have to take A Levels to get in. You can just apply with your grades at the end of JC1. And the fees are like US$6000 a year. That's not too bad. And besides, if I want to go overseas for college, I'd rather go somewhere that I have people I know and can help me so I won't feel so lost and helpless. So I'm considering UCT although dad said that degrees from there might not be recognized. Well.. pffft..
Finally! I counted our expenses today and we finally have the right amount of change!! As in we're not missing money, or having too much left over. I calculated how much we spent and how much we should have left and the amount is right on the dot! It's amazing man... it's practically never happen before lol.
Kim rocks my socks! She sent me the studio version of Someone. Yes, the one with Emma Daumas on it! I can't get it anywhere else apart from the French version of Underneath. And I don't think I want to buy the cd again just for one song. So I'm so happy I got the song. But my French is so rusty though. I can't understand some of it. I need someone to translate it for me.
